Upon Purchasing my work, you are agreeing to my TOS. I am not responsible if you choose not to read this thoroughly. Breaking my TOS may result in being Blacklisted. Blacklist users cannot buy/trade/receive my designs and work! These automatically fall under Retextures and Digital Art TOS's!!

You are ALLOWED to share/repost/use my art on social media platforms. Though credit is required! Ping me on discord, add my usernames, etc. If on Toyhouse please credit under designer / base, angelic_mynx !!----------------------------------You may edit my work. DO NOT trace my work or claim my work as your own. Please ask before you decide to edit anything!----------------------------------You commission may be previewed in my portfolio! If you wish it not to be used, you must ask upon purchasing!----------------------------------You may NOT profit from my work. Selling / Trading premade designs/art is OKAY!! Tracing and redesigning is NOT! This will result in a blacklist!----------------------------------NO REFUNDS!! All my services are digital, meaning they cannot safely be refunded. If the commission is not complete, I can refund the amount of work that had not been finished.

Retextures / Art

You may NOT resell / redistribute my texture files! They are made for you or gumroad! If needing help uploading my textures, please reach out to me or my admin who does uploads, TATripleJ----------------------------------You may EDIT my textures. Please ask for permission if they were purchased via Gumroad! Commission purchased textures can edit via the SPP if asked for! I will happily provide it for you!----------------------------------DO NOT upload my textures publicly! They are strictly to be private! This is to avoid folks reselling my textures.----------------------------------MUST provide Model Ownership. For commissions I require a screenshot via your emailed receipt / Gumroad library of purchase to prove you own the mode you wish for me to retexture!----------------------------------You may NOT resell / redistribute my art files! Bases are half an exception; you may sell adopts / ych made with my bases!
